Even for a global household name in cinema and consumer electronics, staying ahead of the technological curve is a constant challenge. This industry leader wanted to empower their European sales team to move beyond traditional outreach and fully embrace the power of Artificial Intelligence.  

 

Working in partnership with David Baer, I designed and delivered a bespoke 5-session training program that transitioned the team from foundational AI concepts to building it into their sales process.

 

We didn’t just talk about ChatGPT; we moved into “Prompt Stacking” and utilized specialized tools like Napkin for data visualization and Perplexity for real-time market insights.  

 

A core focus was deep-diving into the psychology of cinema exhibitors. Using a custom Buyer Persona GPT that David developed, the team learned to uncover the fears, frustrations, and aspirations of their clients.

 

We moved from selling features to helping the team leverage DISC personality assessments to generate hyper-personalized outreach and communication scripts.  

 

By the final sessions, the team wasn’t just using AI, they were building it. We integrated AI principles with their CRM for lead scoring and forecasting.

The program shifted the team’s approach from manual data gathering to automated, AI-driven strategic planning. They now utilize Triple Analysis (SWOT, PESTLE, TOWS) tools to map the European market in seconds rather than hours.
